Lori Baca is a Project Manager at BW Research’s Carlsbad office. Lori supports the firm by facilitating and supporting clean energy program impact evaluations and regional workforce development needs assessments.

Lori received her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics from the University of Southern California, where she conducted research on the political economy of alternative currency regimes in developing nations. Lori also has 16 years of experience in valuation and international tax consulting. In her spare time, Lori enjoys art, music, and volunteer work for the San Diego Humane Society.
