Public policy shapes industries, investments, and the decisions of market actors, especially in many of the industries on which BW Research focuses. We excel in understanding the role that policy plays—and leverage this expertise to drive our research questions, our process and analysis, and in our ability to synthesize findings and conclusions and translate them into cohesive policy proposals and program implementation. Our team has deep experience in policy and program evaluation and impact studies, and in advocating and designing policy at local, state, and national levels.
