Henry is a Research Analyst at BW Research Partnership’s Carlsbad, California office. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of California, San Diego, with a specialization in International Environmental Governance.

Prior to joining BW Research, Henry supported a range of data analysis and research efforts, including work with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) on research related to Alaska’s saltwater fishing industry, as well as work with San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), conducting research and rate analyses to inform recommendations aimed at reducing customer rates.

At BW Research, Henry has led consulting support for the San Diego Green Industry Jobs project, examining key industries across San Diego County and identifying strategies for the County to leverage industries to strengthen economic growth and advance sustainability goals.

Henry is especially interested in projects at the intersection of sustainability and climate policy. He brings a foundation in policy, data analysis, and environmental governance that supports research for public and private sector clients.
