She is a LUMA-Certified Human Centered Design Practitioner with proven expertise in stakeholder engagement to inform strategic decision-making.

In her prior role with state government, Taylor developed a nuanced understanding of the legislative process, interagency collaboration, and the real-world challenges of policy implementation. This knowledge equips her with a unique ability to anticipate the operational and political complexities that can impact policy effectiveness. At BW, she leverages this insight to provide research and recommendations that not only consider the theoretical implications of policy but also factor in the practical aspects of implementation and stakeholder impact.

In her role at BW, she supports research and data analysis initiatives, offering actionable policy recommendations. She was instrumental in developing an IRA repeal impact analysis for Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2), analyzing the potential economic repercussions of an IRA repeal. The project gained significant visibility, with its findings frequently cited in discussions advocating for the IRA’s continuation. Proficient in industry-standard tools and softwares, Taylor leverages advanced data analysis technologies and robust research methodologies to deliver empirical insights.

She is passionate about advancing economic opportunity and mobility for all by committing to well-informed, impactful policy recommendations rooted in data and tailored to foster economic resilience and growth. She is a member of the Global Honor Society for Public Affairs & Administration, and while completing her master’s program at UConn, Taylor earned the Academic Excellence in Public Policy Award. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, cooking new recipes, and going to UConn basketball games.
